Electric or Non-electric
This is your prerogative whether you would want an electric or non-electric pressure cooker.
For non-electric, it is quite hassle you need to turn on the burner and have the correct heat settings to reach the right amount of pressure. As to electric one, it is more convenient but it can be a source of some problems in the kitchen.
