Hefty Forged Aluminum Pressure Cooker/Canner

This large-duty stress cooker's big capability is probably greatest utilized for canning (though it would also be wonderful for a range of cooking tasks). A stress cooker is typically encouraged when canning vegetables and nonacid fruit, considering that the high heat that can be produced will destroy far more bacteria than a standard hot h2o bath. Created from cast aluminum, with tough screws to seal the lid to the pot, this stress cooker needs no rubber or plastic gaskets or rings. Its fifteen-one/two-quart capability holds 10 pint jars or seven quart jars. A 3-environment stress regulator valve is incorporated, and the stress gauge presents a obvious reading.
